Location:Various sites across Staffordshire, Cheshire, and
Shropshire

Reports to:Hygiene Operations Manager

Hours:Flexible to candidate, must include weekends

Start Time:Between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM

Salary:£12.71 per hour + mileage reimbursement

Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-driven Relief Hygiene
Operativesto support our high-end restaurant group across multiple
locations. This flexible role is essential to maintaining the high standards of
cleanliness and hygiene expected by our guests. As a Relief Cleaner, your
workplace will vary across our 12 restaurant sites located in Staffordshire,
Cheshire, and Shropshire. Mileage expenses will be reimbursedin
line with company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough daily
  cleans of restaurant areas, front-of-house spaces, and toilet facilities
  across different sites.
• Follow hygiene protocols
  and complete cleaning checklists at each location.
• Handle and store
  cleaning products safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Coordinate with
  site-based hygiene teams and management to ensure consistently high
  cleanliness standards.
• Report any maintenance
  or hygiene issues promptly to the Hygiene Operations Manager.
• Ensure restaurant areas
  are clean, sanitized, and ready for opening hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in
  professional cleaning, ideally within hospitality or premium environments.
• High attention to detail
  and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to start early
  morning shifts reliably and punctually.
• Good physical fitness
  for manual work.
• Flexibility to travel to
  different sites as required.
• Must have access to a
  personal vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
• A proactive and
  adaptable team player.
• Familiarity with COSHH
  regulations and safe chemical handling.
• Previous experience in a
  multi-site or mobile cleaning role.
