We are seeking agency relief Support Workers for our well-established clients based in Fortrose. The suitable candidate will be working for us on behalf of one of the UK's biggest social care charities.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate
  • One year's experience working with adults with physical & intellectual disabilities
  • Up-to-date Medicines Administration training
  • Up-to-date Safety Intervention training
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
