Dimensions is seeking Relief Female Support Workers to provide flexible support across four supported living homes in Aylsham, Reedham and Hellesdon. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live great lives, with shifts across early, late, long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Applicants should have a caring attitude, be flexible with shifts, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Caring, positive and can-do attitude.
• Flexible and able to work across different homes and shift patterns.
• Enjoy building positive relationships and teamwork.
• Confident supporting people with varying needs, including personal care.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn different communication styles.
• Have basic IT skills for record keeping and training.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Previous care experience welcome but not essential; full training provided.

We are looking for Relief Support Workers to provide flexible support across four supported living homes in Aylsham, Reedham and Hellesdon. You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live great lives. Every day is different and could include:

• Supporting people with personal care, medication and daily living tasks
• Helping people access their local community, attend appointments and enjoy hobbies and interests.
• Supporting with shopping, cooking, household tasks and managing finances.
• Building communication and meaningful relationships with people who do not use words to communicate.
• Encouraging independence, choice and control in all aspects of daily life.
• Working across a variety of homes, supporting established teams when additional cover is needed.

Location: Aylsham, Reedham & Hellesdon, Norfolk

The people we support enjoy a wide range of interests including swimming, shopping, arts and crafts, café visits, holidays, walks, bowling and spending time with family and friends.

Relief colleagues provide flexible cover across: early shifts, late shifts, long days, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays
