Job summary

Dimensions Ltd seeks Relief Female Support Worker to provide flexible care across four supported living homes in Aylsham, Reedham and Hellesdon, Norfolk. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to lead active, meaningful lives, with varied daily tasks and community access.

Applicants should have a caring, flexible, team‑oriented approach, good communication, basic IT skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care, medication and daily living tasks.

We are looking for Relief Support Workers to provide flexible support across four supported living homes in Aylsham, Reedham and Hellesdon.You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live great lives. Every day is different and could include:

• Supporting people with personal care, medication and daily living tasks
• Helping people access their local community, attend appointments and enjoy hobbies and interests.
• Supporting with shopping, cooking, household tasks and managing finances.
• Building communication and meaningful relationships with people who do not use words to communicate.
• Encouraging independence, choice and control in all aspects of daily life.
• Working across a variety of homes, supporting established teams when additional cover is needed.

The people we support enjoy a wide range of interestsincluding swimming, shopping, arts and crafts, café visits, holidays, walks, bowling and spending time with family and friends.

Relief colleagues provide flexible cover across: early shifts, late shifts, long days, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays
