Creative Support in Waterloo, Liverpool, is seeking kind, proactive Female Support Workers to support five individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorders in their own apartments.
You will go the extra mile to ensure the highest quality of life, promoting dignity, independence and community connection. Prior experience is not required, though a minimum of 12 months in learning disabilities is essential.

We are looking for kind, fun, and proactive Female Support Workers to join our supported living service in Waterloo, providing support to 5 individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders within their own self-contained apartments.
You must be prepared to 'go the Extra Mile' to ensure that service users are enjoying the highest quality of life and have opportunities to become more independent and connected to their communities. You will have excellent communication and team working skills whilst promoting service user's dignity, independence and well-being. If you are calm, resourceful and proactive, this role is perfect for you.
Prior experience is not necessary as we are looking for people who are enthusiastic, warm, engaging, and creative and want to make a difference to our service user's lives. Drivers are preferred but not essential.
A minimum of 12 months' experience working with individuals with learning disabilities is essential.
