Reporting to the Area Farm Manager, you will benefit from excellent training on all aspects of the job and will be given a full rota working 5/6 days per week. Your role will involve all areas of animal husbandry and team management, helping you become a specialist in your field.

The position requires a driving licence as you will be mobile in your role, traveling to farms in and around the local area to cover full farm management and support the local teams where necessary. Your passion for working within farming and agriculture and developing a career in this industry are essential.

Ideally, you will have experience in poultry management; however, candidates with other livestock experience will also be considered.
