Job Responsibilities

• Working hours: Relief, as and when required
• Interview Date: To be confirmed
• Provide educational and play opportunities for 2.5-5-year-olds as part of an excellent team
• Provide cover when additional support is required, including emergency or sickness absence
• Support a 24-place Ofsted registered Pre-School that operates term-time only
• Work within the team and follow the key person system for individual care
• Support parents, carers and families

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in early years’ childcare (as defined by the Department for Education)
• English GCSE level 4 or Grade C or above, or equivalent
• Able to work within the Christian ethos and mission of The Salvation Army as a Christian Church and Registered Charity
• Willing to undergo a DBS check
