Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant to support children’s development through play-based learning. You will contribute to a nurturing environment and help children progress with our Bee Curious curriculum in a flexible, rewarding setting.

You will work in a Busy Bees nursery near Tunbridge Wells, collaborating with a supportive team and engaging families to foster curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education is required.
• Experience working with children under 5 is preferred.
• Empathy and understanding to support individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, building strong family links.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations.
