Busy Bees is the UK's leading nursery group, seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant to support children's development through play-based learning and activities in a nurturing environment. This role is based at our Norwich Hospital site, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a strong community connection.

You will plan and deliver educational activities, take on Key Person responsibilities, and help track progress while benefiting from ongoing professional development and flexible working

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education.
• Experience with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
