• Contract: Relief
• Hours: 0 hours per week
• Pay: £15.98 day shifts per hour - £13.03 night shifts per hour, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

About You

• You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• A minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care is essential
• You must have at least 2 years experience in a senior care role.
• You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
