McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join their team at our Roslyn Court development in Ely, Cambridgeshire.

You must have previous experience of working in the UK in a Senior Care position and have a minimum of L2 in Health and Social Care to be considered for this role. McCarthy Stone do not offer sponsorship; we will only be considering UK-based applications.

This is not traditional care, this is better!

Base Salary: £14.02 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below).

Hours: Flexible (to be agreed with the Estate Managers and Operations Manager, includes day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends)

Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or 16:15 to 09:30.

Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.

Relief Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support to homeowners during that time.

• Living within easy commuting distance of the estate.

• Preferably holding a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults), or relevant alternative qualifications and experience.
• Willing to manage security and oversee safety and wellbeing of homeowners and staff.
• Capable of coordinating activities to promote community engagement.
• Motivated to develop skills and lead by example.
• Dedicated to improving the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
