We are looking for a Relief Day & Night Care Assistant who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience.

As a Relief Day & Night Care Assistant, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work as part of our team.

The Role
  • Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of residents, treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection, and promoting their independence.
  • Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their personal goals, respecting their individuality and supporting informed choices in line with person-centred care plans.
  • Promote residents' health and wellbeing by meeting their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, including facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities such as visits, walks, and other preferred activities.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all individuals in your care, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to Parklands’ policies and procedures.
