Macklin Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Cook/Chef to join our care home kitchen team in Coleraine. You will prepare nutritious meals, adhere to dietary requirements, and contribute to weekly menus with residents and management.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Cook/Chef, preferably in care/home/hospital or similar setting.
• Good knowledge and understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Experience preparing nutritious, varied and appetising meals for a large number of people.
• Strong understanding of allergens, food safety and infection prevention.
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, nutrition and resident choice.
