Job summary

The Salvation Army Kirkcaldy Corps is seeking a Relief Cook to join its catering team, providing healthy, nutritious meals for clients and visitors. This role is an as-needed, relief position requiring flexibility to cover shifts.

You will cook, prepare and present meals to a high standard, observe health and safety rules including COSHH, and work with kindness in a Christian ethos environment.

Qualifications

• Awareness of health and safety and environment health and hygiene standards, including COSHH.
• Relevant cooking experience.
• Good customer service and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Able to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army.
