Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a mobile-chef to cover sites around Oxfordshire. The role is term-time only, with 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and requires you to have your own transport as you will move between locations.

The position offers £15.50 per hour. This role supports existing site-based teams and shapes food service quality across locations. Applicants must be able to work term-time and commute as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef meeting Caterlink and client standards.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate paperwork and documentation.

We are hiring for a Chef to provide cover in the area of Oxfordshireto support our existing site-based teams. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client


• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity


• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.


• To support with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
