Our Homelessness Services aim to break the cycle of homelessness through tailored support to individuals and families, including Lifehouses, NAP pads, Housing First, practical support to rough sleepers, floating support, outreach services, and addiction services.

We are seeking a Relief Concierge (Days and Nights) to join our teams across various London Lifehouses (Cambria Lifehouse - WC1N 1BJ, Founders House Lifehouse - E1 5NG, Southwark Young People Service - SE5 8DF, St Ann's - SW1 2DE, No.10 Day Centre - W1B 2LH, Malachi Place - IG1 1EQ).

Ideal candidates are PIE informed and highly motivated. You will collaborate with The Programme Team to deliver activities that empower individuals to achieve independent living and support daily operations of the Centre.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide front-of-house services, ensuring clients are signed in/out, handling queries professionally, and referring to support staff when needed.
  • Manage front-of-house duties, including handling telephone calls, visitors, recording messages, follow-ups, updating logbooks, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Update client data in internal systems, record entry/exit information, assist with data entry and statistical gathering, and process rent payments electronically.

The successful applicant:

  • Has proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains a friendly, approachable manner, can prioritize tasks, and operates Microsoft Office efficiently.
  • Has experience handling client privacy and confidentiality, aware of DPA requirements.
  • Available to work weekends and bank holidays as needed.
