As a Relief Community Inclusion Facilitator, you will be a valued member of a team, flexible and committed to supporting people. Your role involves developing and offering a range of responsive, direct, individual, and group activities to people with a learning disability accessing the Me Time Programme.

What is Me Time?
The Me Time model is person-centred, focused on improving quality of life for participants and providing pathways to opportunities like volunteering or employment.
Me Time is Mencap’s social inclusion, leisure, and community-led programme supporting people with a learning disability to develop skills and confidence for relationships and community involvement. It offers a range of community activities and support to access local groups and opportunities.
