Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000
Hours: 40h per week

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Relief Chef Manager to join our team and support our operations across London.

This is a mobile role, ideal for someone with a hospitality or staff dining background at Sous Chef or Chef Manager level, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys variety in their work.

You will work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and have the freedom to create bespoke menus that showcase your culinary creativity.

About the Role:

  • Cover absences of Sous Chef and Chef Manager due to holiday, sickness, or vacancies
  • Support new site mobilisations and troubleshoot at underperforming locations
  • Prepare food from scratch using fresh ingredients, adhering to company brand standards
  • Design seasonal, bespoke menus with local and regional suppliers
  • Ensure accurate food costings, complete company bookwork, and maintain compliance documentation
  • Uphold high standards in food hygiene, allergen management, and health & safety

About You:

  • Strong background in hospitality, staff dining, or similar settings
  • Experience at Sous Chef or Chef Manager level
  • Passion for food and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent client relationship management and team leadership skills
  • Organised, reliable, and adaptable to new environments
  • Financial understanding and commercial awareness
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and innovative
  • Travel expenses covered
