We are looking to appoint a Relief Head Chef to support our pub kitchens in the Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex area. You will need to be experienced in a similar role in the managed pub sector and able to move between assignments staying away from home when necessary. Operating as relief cover as Head or Sous you will work in a variety of settings to ensure continuity and safeguard brand standards in the absence of the permanent team.
