Job description

An MOD Barrack situated near Ipswich, Suffolk, is seeking Relief Chefs.

Chef de Partie Role

This position requires previous experience working in volume, fast-paced, branded kitchens.

Compensation: £18 per hour PAYE through a payroll company

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Note: Accommodation is not provided. It is essential that applicants have their own transport.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, or CDPs in volume kitchens, following specifications, and adhering to company regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.
