Job Description

We are hiring a Relief Chef Manager to provide cover in the Lewisham area, supporting our existing site-based teams. This role is term-time only and does not include weekends, offering great flexibility. It is a mobile-based role, so owning transportation is required.

The Role
  • £17.50 per hour
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Term-time only — 38 weeks per year
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present food to Caterlink and client standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislation and procedures
  • Enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service, exceeding client and customer expectations
  • Support daily operations, supervise teams, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans
