Relief Chef Manager - South West

Up to £29,398 per annum + free meal on shift

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our relief team working across the South West. Ideally, the candidate would live in the Cheltenham/Gloucester area as this would be central to the sites.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Chef Manager responsible for managing delivery and expectations across all sites. You should be ambitious, commercially aware, and able to influence daily operations, maximising team performance by leading by example and setting high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the onsite catering team at your sites
• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen and front of house environments
• Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
• Completing weekly reports and bookwork
• Stock taking and ordering

• Previous chef manager experience required
