TipTopJob is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to cover a portfolio of premium Business and Industry contracts across London and the South East. The role offers a Monday to Friday, 40-hour week with a salary of GBP 40,000 plus mileage. You will support kitchens, lead teams, and help mobilisations while travelling regionally.

The position provides an opportunity to contribute to food development, audits, and compliance in a dynamic catering environment, with training and progression opportunities.

• Chef Manager or Relief Chef Manager experience.
• Strong Contract Catering or B&I background.
• Confident leading different kitchen teams.
• Fresh food and hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence and your own car essential.
• Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide Chef Manager cover across multiple sites.
• Lead kitchens during holidays and vacancies.
• Support new openings and mobilisations.
• Train and develop kitchen teams.
