Relief Chef Manager - Birmingham - £42k

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Relief Chef Manager to support across a patch of business across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

My client is an independent contract caterer, with a strong focus on fresh produce and the development of their people. As the Relief Chef Manager, you will support the Operations team, covering a mix of B&I and education sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations team across a patch of business across Birmingham and the West Midlands, covering a mix of B&I and education sites as required.
• Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.
• Drive and provide your own car due to the nature of the role.
• Apply professional management of food service operations, ensuring quality and delivery against client expectations.
• Maintain Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices across sites.
