Job summary

Mint People is recruiting experienced Relief Chefs across all levels to join our growing team in the UK. You'll be deployed to venues from Premier League stadiums to festivals and hotels, with shifts tailored to your availability.

You could work as Chefs de Partie, Sous, Head or Lead Chef, with rates of £18–£25 per hour depending on role and assignment. Regular ongoing hours and immediate starts are standard.

Qualifications

• Experience at the level you want to work at.
• Good food hygiene and allergen knowledge.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new kitchens and teams.
• Reliability and professionalism under busy service.
• Driver's licence helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard.
• Run a section during service.
• Lead or support kitchen brigades.
• Deliver busy hospitality and event services.
• Maintain food hygiene and allergen standards.
• Manage stock, wastage and kitchen organisation.
