Job summary

Lime Hospitality is seeking relief chefs to cover Banbury and surrounding areas. Roles vary across hotels, gastropubs and casual dining, with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on fresh food.

You will be paid weekly with PAYE, mileage on assignments, and holiday pay with pension contributions. Experience in fresh food and Level 2 food safety is preferred; chef whites, safety shoes and knives required.

Qualifications

• Honest, reliable, and no ego.
• Solid background in fresh food establishments.
• Level 2 food safety and Allergen awareness certifications (we can help with these).
• Chef whites, safety shoes and Knives required.

Responsibilities

• Relief Chef supporting a variety of clients.
• Being the extra pair of hands needed.
• Cover for holidays, sickness and between recruitment.
• Can lead to full-time permanent roles.
