Job description

Flexible chefs who are able to work in a variety of properties sometimes at short notice are required in Blackburn and the surrounding areas. You may be working from Chef de Partie to Head Chef level, depending on your skills and the requirement of the property you will be working at.

We have a number of contracts in this region which require Relief Chefs who have a current Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks for both Children and Adults in order to work in their kitchens.

Requirements:
  1. Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all round cooking skills capable of jumping on any section and used to working in fast paced kitchens with all fresh produce.
  2. Chefs with Enhanced DBS checks as detailed above or are willing to get one are required.
  3. It is not essential to have your own transport but it is advantageous.
