Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is seeking Relief Chefs for venues across Kent, including Maidstone, Canterbury, Folkestone and surrounding towns. The role offers hourly pay of £17.00–£22.00+, with weekly payments and ongoing temporary assignments across hotels, gastro pubs, restaurants and event venues.

You will work in a range of professional kitchens, maintaining high food standards, with opportunities to progress from Chef de Partie to Head Chef as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a professional chef.
• Experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Allergy Awareness Certificate.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Two recent hospitality references.
