Job summary

ABM is seeking a highly professional Dedicated Relief Officer to support the CCTV Control Room at Three Spires Shopping Centre. The role involves covering various shifts, monitoring CCTV systems, responding to incidents, and maintaining records. A valid SIA CCTV Licence and SIA Security Licence are essential.

You will work across days, nights, weekends and holidays with a focus on safety, compliance and customer service, joining a large global facilities team.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA CCTV Public Space Surveillance Licence.
• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.
• Experience in a CCTV Control Room or security environment.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment to identify and respond to incidents and security breaches.
• Conduct proactive surveillance to ensure safety of premises, personnel, visitors and assets.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies per site procedures.
• Maintain records, logs and incident reports using reporting systems.
• Liaise with contractors, visitors, site management, emergency services and authorities.
• Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment professionally.
• Escalate concerns per established protocols and assist with investigations using CCTV footage.
