We are recruiting a Care and Support Worker on a permanent basis. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. If you have kindness, patience, respect, and resilience, we can teach you the rest!

About the role

This varied and rewarding role involves:

• Providing total care to clients according to care plans;
• Offering emotional support and reassurance, especially during change or family crises;
• Administering prescribed medication, including controlled drugs, following policies;
• Escorting clients on outings;
• Completing daily records;
• Performing cleaning, laundry, and dining room duties.
