Silvercrest Care is actively seeking Care Assistants for bank/relief shifts at our Swansea area home. No sponsorships available. Training and induction will be provided to successful applicants, who will support residents with personal care, mobility and daily activities.

You will join a small, compassionate team in a warm, respectful environment, with opportunities for development and recognition as you grow in the role. Flexible hours and a focus on resident well-being are core to the position.

Qualificações

• Experience in care is desirable but not essential
• Full induction and comprehensive training provided
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents and families

Responsabilidades

• Provide care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.
• Monitor and record residents' well-being.
• Engage residents in activities to promote social interaction.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with the care and nursing teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
