McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Care and Support Assistant, with some domestic duties, to join their team at Hawkesbury Place in Stow-on-the-Wold, Oxfordshire.

You don’t need previous care experience to join; just a willingness to support homeowners, get involved, and learn on the role.

Base Salary: £12.34 per hour up to £13.64 (see below*)

Hours: To be agreed with the manager. (Day, evening, and weekend shifts available, all year round)

As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Duties include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping assistance.
