Orkney Islands Council is recruiting for a Cafeteria Assistant at UHI Orkney. The role supports the Cafeteria Manager in delivering meals and snacks to staff, students, and the public, with hours on an as and when required basis.
Reporting to the Cafeteria Manager, the post requires Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership. Applications close 04 October 2026, with £15.50 per hour including Distant Islands Allowance.

The purpose of this role is to assist with the provision of the UHI Orkney Cafeteria service. This busy, well-loved Cafeteria serves a wide and varied range of meals and snacks to all our staff and students, and is open to the public.
