Requirement: Relief / Bench Security Officer

Vigilant is offering an exciting opportunity for a security professional to join our expanding team, working with a high-profile client in Weybridge, Surrey.

Scope:

This is a casual contract, working a shift pattern of days, nights, and weekends, with opportunities for overtime. The pay rate is £13.73 per hour.

The post holder, with an SIA license, will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day security requirements at a strategically important site, upholding high standards of professionalism.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide a prompt, polite, and warm welcome to all visitors.
• Anticipate clients' needs/problems before they arise and ensure their expectations are met and exceeded each day.
• Be a visible, customer-focused professional greeting and engaging with visitors.
• Always provide a consistent professional service.
• Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant personnel promptly.
• Maintain high security awareness.
• Proficient use of relevant communication equipment, requiring good communication skills.
• Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety policies.
• Prevent unauthorized persons from entering prohibited areas.
• Issue visitor passes using established processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents.
