Relief Assistant Cook, Trianaid

£14.85 per hour (including £1.48 Distant Islands Allowance)

We are seeking Relief Assistant Cooks to support the Cook in Charge with planning, preparing, and serving meals to users, considering choice, value, and food hygiene standards.

Applicants should have experience in large-scale cooking and cleaning, preferably following a cleaning schedule. Ability to work as part of a team and in an organized, thorough manner is essential.

Use of PPE is mandatory in this role.

This position requires membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme for regulated work with children and adults.

This is an as-and-when position to cover staff absences. The salary includes the Distant Islands Allowance.
