Job Title: Reliability Manager

Location: Wellingborough

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum

Are you a Reliability Manager looking for a new position?

We are currently recruiting for a Reliability Manager to join our Food manufacturing business based in Wellingborough. The Reliability Manager will be responsible for the maintenance engineers across the facility.

Duties of the Reliability Manager:

• Managing maintenance operations across the facility ensuring all machinery and equipment is running safely and efficiently.
• Train and supervise maintenance engineers to maximize performance.
• Making improvements to asset care strategies.
• Manage the CMMS system to ensure accurate maintenance plans, work orders, corrective actions and inventory of spare parts.
• Creating maintenance schedules for the engineers.
• Manage and develop the maintenance budgets with cost reductions of effective use of resources.
• Manage the inventory and spare parts.
• Making sure the facility complies with health, safety, and GMP standards.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Reliability Manager will have experience within a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience within budget management is essential for the position.
• Engineering qualifications to HNC level or equivalent are required.
• Supervisory experience is essential for the position.
• Experience of a CMMS system is highly beneficial.
