Job Description:

Come and join our team as an Engineer - Reliability Manager at our site Kings Lynn.

We're looking for a Reliability Manager who will be responsible for leading a team to maintain equipment and prevent problems from arising, to rectify faults, and to ensure equipment is working effectively. You will lead teamwork and development of operating staff.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally, you'll have 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
• You'll have advanced problem-solving and project management skills.
• We want someone who is a confident PC user.
• Good understanding of Safety and Quality Management System requirements and processes, within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations is required.
• You'll also need to hold a Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Level.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for emergency repairs. Use expertise to lead major equipment rebuilds and guide planned installation of complex systems.
• Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitor them to ensure they are effective.
• Coaching of peers & operations team members to improve their technical capabilities.
