Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) technicians keep critical machinery running across our fulfilment centres.

As an RME Technician you’ll perform planned and corrective maintenance on a wide range of site equipment, while upholding Health and Safety best practices to protect colleagues and ensure uptime. Based on-site with flexible shifts, you’ll diagnose faults, implement solutions quickly, and contribute to continuous improvement projects, including integration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years UK certified apprenticeship
• Flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Proactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of site equipment
• Reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse
• Use the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness
• Uphold all health and safety policies and practices
• Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices
• Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites
