Job summary

Amazon is seeking an RME Planner to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. Based at one of our operational sites in the EU, you will lead maintenance planning and asset management while coordinating with the EU-wide network.

Your CMMS expertise will drive efficient resource allocation and proactive problem-solving. You will implement EU standards, monitor stock levels, and forecast equipment needs to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant experience in managing spare parts inventories.

Responsibilities

• Establish where maintenance and repairs resource should be allocated using our CMMS software.
• Understand and implement EU standards across all systems in your scope.
• Consistently review and analyse on-site equipment, ensuring stock levels remain sufficient.
• Monitor the maintenance system to ensure that equipment levels are correctly recorded, and that forecasting is accurate.
