A leading logistics company is looking for a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician. This role involves maintaining critical machinery, supporting apprentices, and implementing safety practices. Required qualifications include an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ Level 3, along with relevant experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate should be proactive, safety-focused, and able to work within a team.
The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team at Amazon is fundamental to our operations – they’re the ones keeping vital machinery running at all times. As an RME Technician, you’ll maintain a wide range of equipment and work spaces while upholding Health and Safety best practices.
Key job responsibilities include:
A day in the life of an RME Technician involves responding quickly to any machinery issues, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, and investigating and implementing solutions to breakdowns. You’ll also make suggestions for long-term improvements and work alongside senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks.

We're a technically minded team, made up of excellent team players and guided by experienced leaders. We work together to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres.
