Job summary

Novanta Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer focused on quality to drive product reliability across the lifecycle. You will develop reliability strategies, perform life-data analyses, and lead complex failure investigations in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reliability analytics, and close involvement with NPI programmes and manufacturing transfers to ensure products meet mission-critical requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reliability engineering and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on expertise in Weibull analysis, ALT, HALT/HASS and life-data modelling.
• Strong skills in FMEA, root cause analysis and reliability analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reliability qualification strategies across products.
• Develop ALT methodologies and perform Weibull analysis on field data.
• Lead failures investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Build reliability dashboards and support NPI programmes.
• Provide input into design and manufacturing transfer decisions.
