The Opportunity
We seek a proactive, technically skilled Reliability Engineer to join our Network Infrastructure Asset Management team, focusing on enhancing the performance, reliability, and lifecycle of our grid-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
This role suits an engineer with hands-on and analytical experience with BESS assets, passionate about data-driven reliability, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with the Head of Operations, OEMs, and service providers to analyze asset performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
The role involves remote work, data analysis, and occasional site visits for failure investigations and performance monitoring. Technical depth, problem-solving skills, and a focus on high availability are essential.
Applicants with asset management qualifications, reliability engineering experience, and contract management knowledge are encouraged to apply.
