This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving component- and system-level reliability improvements across complex electronic systems.
You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure products meet rigorous standards in reliability, certification, and compliance, supporting both UK-based development and international manufacturing processes.

  • Background in electronics, systems engineering, or high-reliability environments
  • Familiarity with standards and processes used in military, automotive, or large-scale telecoms systems
  • Experience with complex systems rather than biomedical or consumer electronics
  • Strong understanding of failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective/preventive action
