Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to monitor, analyze, and resolve problems in mission-critical systems across our facilities. You will define maintenance plans, support mechanical equipment, and collaborate with engineering and operations to evaluate assets.

You will develop risk management plans, troubleshoot complex issues, document configurations, and share knowledge with teams while following policies to ensure consistent, reliable performance of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of job-related experience (or combination of experience and education).
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an asset's maintenance plan; provide technical support to the site for mechanical equipment and fixed assets.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to evaluate assets.
• Develop risk management plans anticipating reliability-related risks.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment problems.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, system configurations, and technical references.
