Location: Slough, United Kingdom with full week on site
Salary: £49,000 - £58,000, annual bonus, benefits

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineeringor similar, or equivalent experience

  • Proven analytical capability and change management capability

  • Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and pipeline practices, technical analysis in production environment

  • Loss analysis skills, specifically experience with mechanical and process breakdown analysis

  • Project management skills

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Ownership for the reliability performance for multiple production lines, leading loss analysis and executing preventative actions

  • Preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.

  • Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays

  • Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to execute projects

  • May include preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
