Join a Leading FMCG Manufacturer - Drive Performance, Uptime & Innovation

We're seeking a Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced FMCG environment in Market Drayton. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement solutions to prevent equipment failures
2. Develop and deliver proactive maintenance strategies, including condition monitoring and predictive maintenance
3. Analyse equipment performance data and reliability trends
4. Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimise downtime and optimise asset performance
5. Drive continuous improvement projects to support site OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, CMMS systems, and maintenance best practices
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Self-motivated and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
