Buttershaw / Hybrid Working with regular regional travel to Yorkshire Water sites

Work type:

Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICA Reliability Engineer to join the Asset Health & Performance Team at Yorkshire Water. You will help develop and monitor processes that provide asset performance information over the assets' lifecycle, ensuring reliability, resilience, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset-specific ICA equipment monitoring measures.
• Propose improvements to ICA asset performance and resilience, collaborating with other teams.
• Follow technical practices and standards in line with the Principal Electrical Engineer's requirements.
• Monitor and report on ICA assets' effectiveness.
• Review maintenance performance and reliability data to identify critical assets and risks, initiating RCAs for issues.
• Develop and maintain reliability improvement processes across ICA assets.
• Provide evidence of improvements, savings, and risks to the business.

Skills & Qualifications

• An Engineering Degree / HND with relevant ICA maintenance experience (preferably apprentice trained)
• Knowledge of reliability improvement techniques and practices
• Experience with ICA equipment maintenance
• Proficiency in CMMS tools like SAP S4 for reliability reporting and data analysis
• Support for and experience in change management
