The Asset Health & Performance Team are a new Team and are focused on measuring asset performance and proposing and implementing improvements to ensure asset efficiency and resilience. The Team is an essential part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
As an ICA Reliability Engineer, within the Asset Health & Performance Team, you will help to develop and monitor processes that provide asset performance information over the respective life cycle of the assets. The performance information is vital to show that our assets are reliable, show resilience and provide sustainability. We can then show, with confidence, that we can comply with our customer and stakeholder expectations.
Where you fit in:
As an ICA Reliability Engineer, within the Asset Health & Performance Team, you will be knowledgeable on ICA assets and how they operate / function. You will be part of a Team that develops and monitors processes that provide asset performance information over the respective life cycle of the assets. As the ICA Reliability Engineer you will assist in implementing robust improvement measures based on the performance measures of the assets being monitored.

We embrace a flexible working model, where our hybrid setup typically requires an average of 2 days in the office per week. This could be slightly more when collaborative efforts, training or meeting deadlines demand it. For those who prefer to work on-site, our office is open Monday-Friday during working hours.
