Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review R&M documentation to support technical requirements and deliverables, updating documentation for multiple systems.
• Provide expert assistance to analyse dependability related data to identify areas for improvement or to demonstrate dependability performance levels.
• Ensure the contractor complies with R&M policy, processes, and standards to deliver technical documentation for a sub-system.
• Identifies and acts upon identified risk and applies the principles of risk escalation.
• Support to tests and reviews to give confidence of Reliability, Maintainability and Testability.
• Contribute to dependability performance reviews and root cause analysis to identify design weaknesses.

Key Tasks to be performed

• Review R&M documentation to support technical requirements, defining technical deliverables/affects and updating other documentation for multiple systems, including the considerations to in-service support and practicality of achieving desired levels of R&M.
• Provide expert assistance to analyse dependability related data to identify areas for improvement or to demonstrate dependability performance levels.
• Ensure the contractor complies with relevant, R&M policy, processes, and standards to deliver technical documentation for a sub-system. This includes the essential relation to quality, safety, security, and sustainability, of the sub-system, and the interoperability with other sub-systems.
• Identifies and acts upon identified risk (such as safety, environment, support, financial) and applies the principles of risk escalation
• Support to tests and reviews to give confidence of Reliability, Maintainability and Testability
• Contribute to dependability performance reviews and root cause analysis to identify "design" weaknesses.
