Releasing Officer/QC Technician | £24984 - £27772 per annum + Shift allowance, bonus

Sector: Production

Type: Permanent

Location: East Midlands, Luton

I am currently looking to recruit an Aseptic Releasing Officer to work for one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of unlicensed medicines and hard-to-source products. This role will be working in the Aseptic Services team, which is responsible for manufacturing life-saving cancer chemotherapy drugs.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Quality Control releasing materials as per the Company procedures.
  2. Creating new products, gathering documentation, and coordinating their approval on the relevant software.
  3. Being capable and undertaking Quality Control release of materials in accordance with defined procedures.
  4. Observing and actively promoting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  5. Working towards increasing the shelf life of products under the guidance of the Head of Quality.
  6. Working on projects as part of a team with other members of the department.

You will be required to have 2 years of post-qualification GMP experience and will ideally have used GxP Management Systems.

The working hours are 1pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday. In addition to the salary, you will also be entitled to other benefits including shift allowance, bonus, pension, free food and drink at work, Cycle to work scheme, EV Scheme, etc.
